A deposit (50% of the price of the trip) is required to reserve your date for the trip. All deposits must be received within 10 days from when you book the trip. A 3% charge will be added to all Credit Card Payments. There is no fee if paid by Check or Cash. No personal checks are accepted on the day of the trip!

Above rates include all bait, chum & tackle, except for eels used during the trip if requested. They do NOT include lost tackle.

Additional Fee on Offshore Trips - A customary tip of 20% of the charter fee is given to the mate directly by the charter group.

Departure times will be coordinated with the Captian.

​

The Captain reserves the right to make cancellations due to weather up to the time of departure. You will be fully refunded if an alternative date is not available. Any other cancellations must be made at least 14 days before your date of sailing if we are to return your deposit. If you have an offshore trip scheduled and the offshore weather is bad, the captain will either suggest rescheduling your trip or changing it to an inshore trip.

• The Captain has the right to return to the dock should anyone become disorderly.

• Everyone deserves a safe and entertaining trip.

• Children under six years of age are not allowed on Inshore Trips.

• Children under ten years of age are not allowed on Offshore Trips.

• It is the Captain’s policy that no hard liquor or illicit drugs be brought on board.

• Fishing is subject to all State and Federal regulations in effect.

• All fish caught by customers belong to the customers. To conserve our resources, please take only what you will use.
